You have scored very less. So, its less predictable that you'll get admission into any government or private medical colleges at this score. You can try in private BDS.

BDS is more preferred than BHMS in terms of career and placements. However, interesting to note here that BDS deals only will dental aspect of human body, while BHMS deals with Homeopathy with respect to human body.

For admission into MBBS courses, you need an aggregate of 50% in Physics Chemistry and Biology taken together. So, you can appear the improvement examinations.

As you have scored well in NEET, you are expected to get a private medical college for MBBS. BAMS BHMS admission will also be done through NEET only.

The expected cut-off mark for admission into BHMS courses for SEBC category students is around 300. For private, its around 250.
