1) take admission in college which is approved by MCI. Other wise, your degree will be not valid.
2) choose a college which has teaching medium of English don't go to China because they don't teach in English they teach in more Chinese and less English and in Russia also bilingual language system is followed in which first 4 years you will study in English + Russian but after 4 years you will be completely taught in Russian
3) the important thing is to see education system in college and the main thing to focus all MCI SCREENING TEST check the
