Hello Dear,
AIIMS, JIPMER, AFMC, MAMC, are some of the good government medical colleges of India. For admission into these colleges, you need a score of 550-600.

You have scored very less. So it'll be very difficult for you to get admission into any government college for BAMS or BHMS. You can try in private colleges.

Hello Dear,
BAMS graduates after completion of their course are posted as AYUSH medical officers and earning 6-8 Lacs per year. It's even higher in private.

For admission into government medical colleges under Tamil Nadu State quota, your NEET score should be around 450. For private colleges, it should be around 300.

Diploma is a non-degree program and will not make you eligible for any government job opportunity where a degree is required and also you cannot go for higher education.

Still, you can work as an opthalmic assistant with various organisations with an average salary of around 10K per month. B.Sc Optometry is a degree program and better than Diploma, you become eligible for higher studies, may apply for various government jobs and also get a better pay as compared to Diploma holders.
