There are about 6 best Anaesthesia Technology colleges in Hyderabad. Of these, 3 colleges are owned by public/government organisations, and 2 colleges are privately owned. Students can secure admission on merit basis or some universities also take admission on entrance based like NEET PG. For a government seat, it's not possible, but I have seen some people gain addmission in bums without qualify NEET exam but they also face problems with the university exam and unfair admission.

You can clear NEET MDS and do post graduation or you can start practising in a private clinic as a general dentist. Moreover, you can apply in courses out of country or can do MBA in hospital management.
