Yes you can get into the AIIMS according to your rank. 670 marks is a good score out of 720, and one can easily get into the top medical colleges of INDIA. But mostly the rank matters not the score. Every year the cutt off is going higher so if you can't get into the AIIMS you can get into the top medical college of your state as well as other states also through AIQ seats.

Okk 1st of all there is no such fields related to higher studies MD in Homoeopathy. I can suggest you to go for MD in Practice of Medicine.
