Yes, a score of 450 or above in NEET is usually enough to get admission in an individual university for the BAMS route in Maharashtra.
NEET is a nationwide degree-entrance examination for undergraduate Science courses, including BAMS. Some medical colleges admit a limited number of applicants, who have around 200 marks in NEET. But usually the official faculty members of NEET UG require at least 500 objectives.
BAMS private colleges in Maharashtra include:
YMT Ayurvedic Medical School, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Nalsopara Ayurvedic Medical College, Vasai, Thane

As an SC candidate with 369 NEET 2024 scores, you would have a good chance of getting into NTR College of Veterinary Sciences in Gannavaram Vijayawada. NEET results from the ANGRAUs Andhra Pradesh Veterinary Common Admissions (APVCET) are used to determine admission to veterinary programs including BVSc and AH. Although SC candidates typically face lower cutoffs than the general candidates competition is nonetheless fierce. The NEET cutoff scores for SC applicants for Andhra Pradesh's veterinary seats in 2023 were between 340 and 400.

If you find it difficult to concentrate during your drop year for NEET UG, then take up a structured study plan. Construct a time table that won't burn you out. Give more time to subjects that are tough for you while ensuring that you cover the whole syllabus. Revision and practice through mock tests help improve your understanding and give you confidence. Keep a positive attitude and seek support from peers or mentors. Physical activities or hobbies can also help reduce stress and improve concentration, so your study sessions will become more effective.
