Yes, NEET test is required for admission to an MBBS programme abroad. In general, if students do not qualify for NEET in a given academic year, they must wait one year to retake the test and qualify for MBBS overseas.

Dear aspirant, When you take admission in a medical college, you are subjected to medical examination. Complete ophthalmological examination plus ear examination takes place. Your disability can be caught. But, then it depends on the severity of your problem whether you will be allowed to take admission or not. Generally, people with hearing aid, who are able to hear are permitted. Ultimately, the last decision is of the authorities. But, mostly its in the favour of students. Hope it helps.
