Hello Kartik,
ICT is a premier institute and hence, one needs to be in almost 90 percentile bracket to have a chance of getting g admission there. Cu-offs for both the years are now 4000.
However, if your aim is to get admission there, you must be preparing well for MH-CET. Have faith in yourself and prepare well.

There are thousands of colleges offering computer science in India. The best ones are the IITs and NITs. Then there are some private colleges like BITS, VIT, etc.

Score needed in MHT CET branch wise to get into COEP are as follows:-
Comp/IT - 170/200
Extc - 160/200
Mech - 170/200
Electrical - 150/200
Civil - 145/200
Metallurgy - 140/200
Production - 140/200
Planning - 125/200
* HSC percentage should be above 60%.

You can find out the last year's paper from college website and you can also check the latest syllabus on and prepare accordingly.

Yes, of course. There are other exams you can consider taking like MAT, ATMA, SNAP, CMAT, XAT, NMAT and CAT, which are of national-level. Out of these, exams like CAT, XAT, SNAP and NMAT will fetch you some top B-schools, provided you score really well in the exams.

You have less chances, if you are from general category. If you are from SC or ST from outside Maharashtra, then you can get:
1. Indira – Pune.
2. Atharva.
3. Alkesh Dinesh.
4. Vidyalankar.
5. Durgadevi Saraf.
