Yes it is feasible to pass the JEE Mains by preparing with MHT CET however more effort is required owing to changes in exam patterns and difficulty levels
Key differences:
MHT CET concentrates on application-based and straight formula-based questions whereas JEE Mains incorporates conceptual and challenging topics.
JEE Mains features higher level Mathematics and places a the strong emphasis on Physics ideas whereas MHT CET is primarily concerned with speed

I think you must have to prioritize one of them, like boards first or JEE exam first, and focus on one of them more sincerely but with decent preparation. Most people spend most of the time in preparing for competitive exams and a decent score of 75 percent in boards.

The MHT CET mock exam for PCM and PCB candidates has been launched by the State CET Cell @ cetcell.mahacet.org. They are able to take the MHT CET 2024 practice exam online for free. It is recommended that candidates take ten to fifteen practice exams during the final month before to taking the actual exam. You can gain a better knowledge of time management for multiple-choice question solving by completing the MHT CET mock test. Every student's time required to cover the MHT CET syllabus is different, although it would take about a year for students to finish the full course. Since the syllabus for JEE and class 12 are comparable, class 12 is the best time to begin preparing for the MHT CET. Twelve-year-old students can identify the subjects that they are studying in both classes and give those subjects more attention.
