No, the MHT-CET registrations have been closed for the Universal SkillTech University BTech admissions 2026. The last date to register for the MHT-CET 2026 was scheduled on February 27th, 2026.
The registrations for the JEE Mains have also been closed for the Universal SkillTech University BTech admissions at this point.

Candidates who miss the deadline for MHT CET can apply during the extended registration period or apply with a late fee. The MHT CET 2026 registration with a late fee ended on February 27.

Yes. A candidate who is not from Maharashtra can apply for MHT CET. They can also apply for admission via JEE Main scores.

The minimum marks required to apply for MHT CET 2026 is 45% for general categories and 40% for reserved categories. Candidates who obtain these scores in class 12th or equivalent exams are eligible to apply for MHT CET 2026.

It is not necessary to complete the MHT CET registration in one go. Candidates can save their progress each time after filling a section and then saving it. Once you log in to the candidate portal, you can start with the last saved section and continue to fill the application form.

There is no provision to pay the MHT CET 2026 registration fee in offline mode. Candidates have to pay the MHT CET application fee through credit card/debit card/netbanking/UPI/mobile wallets.

Candidates can get an APAAR ID for MHT CET registration by registering on the DigiLocker website. If you are studying in school, you can ask for your APAAR enrollment number from your school itself.

The MHT CET registration 2026 will re-open on March 19 till March 20 with a late fee. Earlier, applications were available from January 10 to February 24 and further till February 27 with a late fee. Candidates can register for both attempts together. The authorities have not issued any official statement for second attempt registration.
