To be eligible for M.Sc in Food Science and Nutrition you need to have a graduation degree in Science stream with food and Nutrition / Food Science and Technology/ B.Sc Home Science (General) from a recognized University.

Yes, BHU offers microbiology as occasional hons which is equivalent to hons., so you can appear for any all India examination in microbiology for masters and no any university or college refuse.
