No, female candidates are allowed to pursue mining engineering.
I am from Telangana
Nearly 9 female students completed B.Tech mining engineering from Telangana in 2017 overall and
nearly 14 female students are pursuing final year of mining engineering course.

In case of Telangana State, you can take E-CET and directly join as a lateral entry into engineering colleges.

If mining engineering is there in ICFAI you have to apply for B.Tech (lateral entry) online or offline, application fee rupees 500 enclose necessary documents, applications are screened on basis of diploma marks, if you are selected, you have to appear for interview with original documents (will be returned after verification), the decision of the admission committee will be informed to you after the interview.

Hi Deepak,
You can apply for JEE Mains for UG Engineering Courses. To get admission into IIT's or NIT's, one should qualify the JEE Advanced Examination.
Other Entrance Exams like :-
* BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology & Science Admission Test)
* VITEEE (VIT Engineering Entrance Examination)
* Andhra Pradesh & TS EAMCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test)
* BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination)
