DPSRU offers two-year MPT programme at the PG level. Aspirants who have passed BPT with at least 55% aggregate can apply for the MPT programme. The university offers MPT in:

• Sports Medicine
• Paediatrics 
• Cardiovascular and Pulmonary.

The total tuition fee for Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences MPT programme is INR 51,000. The total fee of UHSR MPT is a sum of multiple components such as hostel fee, caution deposit, etc. Candidates need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the university. 

Candidates must complete BPT from any recognised college of Physiotherapy to apply for MPT. Candidates should also have completed 6 months internship at or before the time of counselling for MPT programme.

Aspirants should also be registered or must have applied for registration with the Haryana State Council for Physiotherapy at the time of counselling (Documentary proof regarding the same has to be produced at the time of counselling).

Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences admissions to MPT programme is based on Common Entrance Test conducted by the university. CET is conducted for a duration of three hours. The entrance exam consists of one paper. The paper include objective questions in English language. Once the results are out, candidates are selected for MPT admission. Aspirants need to participate in counselling for document verification and seat allotment.

The Mater of Physiotherapy (MPT) programme is a full-time, two-year programme offered at the postgraduate level. The MGM School of Physiotherapy offers the MPT programme in the following specialisations:

MPT programs cover a range of topics related to physiotherapy, including advanced study in areas like musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neurophysiotherapy, cardiopulmonary physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, pediatric physiotherapy, and community-based rehabilitation. The curriculum consists of both theoretical courses and practical clinical training, allowing students to develop a deep understanding of human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and pathology, as well as hands-on skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

At the postgraduate level, the institute provides a two-year MPT curriculum with nine specialisations. The course spans two years and consists of four semesters. Admission to this course is based on the SRMJEEH - PG exam administered by the deemed-to-be University, and students must have received a valid score in their most recent qualifying exam. i.e. their undergraduate degree.

The total tuition fee for a two-year MPT course at the SRM College of Physiotherapy is around INR 3 lakhs. Apart from this, the student will also need to pay some additional charges like a hostel fee of INR 2.3 Lakhs, an application fee of INR 1200, an admission fee, etc.

Candidates should have passed the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Degree or equivalent (4 years + 6 months of compulsory internship on or before 31st May of that academic year) from a UGC recognised University in India (on campus full time program).
