Tracey Nicole Cross, a visually-impaired swimmer who won 10 medals in three Paralympic Games, is one of the most distinguished alumni of the Murdoch University. Murdoch University has 5 campuses in 3 different nations. Its main campus is in Perth and it also runs satellite campuses in Singapore and Dubai. South Street Campus, Peel Campus and Rockingham Campus are 3 locations in Australia where University of Murdoch holds classes. South Street Campus, university's main campus, is in suburb.  Academic buildings for Humanities, Social Sciences, Education, Economics and Commerce are on this 560 acre campus, along with Bush Court, Chancellery Building, Bower Court and Joglo Rahayu, a semi-enclosed peace pavilion. Farms, renewable energy centers, and cattle stockyards make up its southern region. Additionally, the Nexus Theatre, a location for events, workshops, and performances, is housed there.

The Murdoch University is the second university to be established in Perth. The Murdoch University ranking is #431 in the QS World University Rankings 2024. The university offers over 400 undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate programs in various disciplines of business, law, creative arts, communication, engineering, health, science, cultural and social studies, education and technology. Its main campus is situated in Perth and it also operates satellite campuses in Dubai and Singapore.
