Murdoch University is the second university established in Perth and is a very renowned university with the rank #423 in QS World University Rankings 2026. In Times Higher Education, Murdoch University has claimed the spot #401 in World University Rankings 2026. In US News and World Report 2025 Rankings, Murdoch University has secured the rank #510 in Best Global Universities, #30 in Best Global Universities in Australia/New Zealand and #27 in Best Global Universities in Australia.

Murdoch Uni of Technology's acceptance rate stands at 38%. This makes Murdoch a competitive university to get into as it accepts only 38 out of every 100 applicants on an average. Each of MBA's 4 flagship courses which focus on business context, leadership and strategy is worth 6 credit points. This program provides students with a firm foundation in management and finance as well as to prepare them for the problems that come with running a business or organization. This programme will provide you with the necessary skills and information to achieve your career or academic objectives. You will learn about the corporate context, leadership and strategy, and stakeholder management.

The aMBA dmission requirements are mentioned below-

Graduation - Students must have completed UG degree or equivalent in any field

Successful completion of Graduate Certificate in Business Administration or satisfactory preparation for course through formal, informal or non-formal learning and/or professional experiences subject to approval of Academic Chair.

Work Experience - Min 24 Months

Applicants must have at least 2 years work experience

TOEFL - 73/120

PTE - 50/90 

IELTS - 6/9

The standard application fee for all Western Australian universities is AUD 165 when applying through the Tertiary Institutions Service Centre (TISC). The TISC is an incorporated administrative agency that assists in processing applications for Western Australian Universities. So, if you apply through an agent of TISC (as the university recommends), you will have to pay a fee of AUD 165. The fee is the same for both UG and PG students.  

The university usually reverts within two to eight weeks depending on the time period you applied. If applications are sent by the early bird timeline, you can expect a revert earlier than other applicants who apply at a later date.
