The admission requirements are as follows:

12th - 60%

All India Senior School Certificate (awarded by CBSE/CISCE/NIOS) or Equivalent Higher Secondary Certificate (awarded by State Boards except Punjab State Board)

Min 60% average in best 4 academic subjects – for Class XII (Senior Secondary) qualifications awarded by CBSE/CISCE/NIOS

Min 65% average in best 4 academic subjects – for Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent awarded by Indian State Boar

TOEFL - Marks - 73/120 (No band less than 18)

PTE - Marks - 50/90 (No band less than 50)

IELTS - Marks - 6/9 (With no band below 6.0)

English Proficiency Waiver - Applicants must have passed All India Senior School Certificate/Indian School Certificate/Senior Secondary Certificate with 70% or higher in English year 12 or B2 and above to exempt English language proficiency

The Murdoch University is Perth's second institution of higher learning. According to the QS World University Rankings 2024, Murdoch University is ranked #431. More than 400 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs are available at the university in a number of fields, including business, law, the creative and performing arts, communication, engineering, health, science, cultural and social studies, education, and technology. The company has a primary campus in Perth and satellite campuses in Dubai and Singapore. The South Street Campus, Peel Campus, and Rockingham Campus are the three campuses where the institution holds its classes in Australia. The South Street Campus makes up the university's main campus and is situated in a suburban area. Several clubs for sports like tennis, netball, soccer, basketball, hockey, volleyball, and badminton are also maintained by the institution.

After that, if your application is accepted, you will receive an offer letter from the university. This offer letter will contain all the required details about the date of commencement of the program, the relevant course fees of the course you have opted for, deadlines for the payment due, and other important dates. For your confirmation, you will have to revert your signed acceptance and pay the required fees. Then, the university will issue you an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE), with which you can begin your visa application process.

Murdoch University offers about 18 international scholarships to undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD (research) students. The different scholarships available to international students are based on:

• Personal or financial hardship

• Region-specific

• Studying abroad

International students should meet these criteria to be eligible for the scholarship offered by Murdoch:

• Must be an international student

• Should be a full-time and full fee-paying student at the Perth campus

• Receive an ATAR score of more than 92 (or its equivalent in an international qualifying academic program) within the most recent year and a half from the end date of the award

• Apply to study a course-work in one of the majors offered in the order of Engineering and Energy, Information Technology, or Maths and Statistics

• Students are not receiving any other Murdoch grant/scholarship
