However Udemy and many other organisations offer these courses. If you search the net you will find institutions offering such courses. Best wishes to you.

Yes, you can take admission in a Bachelor degree programme just by passing NIOS exam. It is valid and equivalent to CBSE, ICSE and other State Boards. So without any doubt go for it.
