With a NATA score of 127 and 61% in board exams, you could probably seek admission to many government colleges for B.Arch. Based on the previous year's cutoff trends, following are possible options:

  1. CEPT University, Ahmedabad: They are famous for architecture courses, though the cutoffs will be pretty competitive.
  2. Government College of Architecture, Chandigarh: It is considered one of the best architectural courses; check the exact cutoff for your score.
  3. Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda: Accepts NATA scores and might have cutoffs in your range.
  4. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology, Vasad: Reportedly h

While your NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and JEE Paper 2 scores are crucial for securing admission to architecture programs, your Class 12 marks still play an important role, especially in meeting eligibility criteria and in the overall selection process.

Most institutes require a minimum percentage in Class 12 (usually in the range of 50-60%) in subjects like Mathematics and Physics. Even if your NATA and JEE Paper 2 scores are good, having a solid academic background in Class 12 will ensure you meet the eligibility requirements and increase your chances of admission.

The NATA merit score cut-offs for different categories at Sir J.J College of Architecture in 2023 were:

General (Male): 107

General (Female): 52

OBC (Male): 531

OBC (Female): 228

The final cutoff for admission to Sir J.J College of Architecture depends on the number of applicants, the number of seats available, and the NATA score recorded in the admission year.

To be eligible for admission to the BArch course at Sir J.J College of Architecture, candidates must:

Pass Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English

Have a valid score in an entrance exam such as NATA, JEE Main, or M

Candidates securing 150 marks in JEE Main 2024 can secure admission into the top engineering colleges such as NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, and likewise, though admission to computer-related branches is dubious, especially a top branch like Computer Science and Engineering.

In general, candidates should have a minimum percentile ranging between 85 to 90 percentile for getting admission into the NIT colleges. However, this range may fluctuate based on the categories of the students.

With such a nice percentage in your 12th exams and a respectable score in NATA, you have a very good chance for getting B.Arch admission at GEC, Thrissur. For you to be eligible, the criteria require a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in your 12th exams, which you easily meet.

Though the specific cutoffs can change each year, the closing rank for the B.Arch course was 175 for the General category, in 2024.

I advice you reaching out directly to the college's admission office or checking their official website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Best of luck with your application.

With a NATA score of 139, your chances of admission to the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program at Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University School of Planning and Architecture (JNAFAU SPA) are determined by a number of factors including cutoff trends category, and seat availability. Typically admittance requires meeting the NATA qualifying marks as well as the JNAFAU eligibility conditions.

The cutoff for NATA varies annually and candidates with the scores closer to or above the average qualifying score have greater odds

In recent years, the cutoff for B.Arch programs can fluctuate between 130 to 140 marks, depending on factors like the number of applicants and their respective scoresWith 120 marks in NATA, getting admission to the B.Arch program at Priyadarshini Institute of Architecture and Design Studies (PIADS), Nagpur, may be challenging. The minimum cutoff for NATA scores varies each year, and while 120 marks may meet the eligibility requirements, it might not be competitive enough for guaranteed admission, especially considering the overall ranking of condidate.

The minimum qualifying marks in NATA change slightly every year. The approximate marks required to clear NATA is provided below.

Qualifying Marks:  Candidates must score a minimum of 70 out of 200 marks in the NATA exam to qualify, regardless of category. This is the standard passing mark for each attempt of the exam.

In addition, there will be a separate minimum score for each section.

While a NATA score of 90 is a strong score, the exact chances of admission can only be determined by comparing it against the current year's cutoff and admission requirements. For the most precise information, consulting NMIMS Mumbai directly is recommended
