Yes, of course! If you have an aptitude for it, then I don't see any reason why you shouldn't pursue B.Des, design courses have immense scope these days, with lucrative career opportunities. If you are creative and have the ability to think out of the box, you can flourish as a designer.

NID is a design college where design in varied fields is taught whereas UCEED conducts exams to get students for IITs and some design colleges also. IITs have seats reserved for the students coming through UCEED.

You have to be not less than 17 years (must complete 10+2). They give three attempts in admission. There is no age limit as such for NID.

For M.Des - Bachelor's degree of 4 years duration.

In my opinion, NID is tougher to clear as compared to AIEED as no. Of seats are limited. Being one of the premier institutes in design, its harder to clear the entrance test.
