The application fee for NUS is S$20 but for MS in Computing is S$100 which is non-refundable. Admission to the programme is based on a competitive process. Acceptance of the offer is subject to a non-refundable and non-transferable acceptance fee of S$5,000 (excluding applicable GST), which will be applied to your tuition expenses.

In that case, you should have completed or be finishing high school, that is, at least twelve years of general education by July of the application year.
