Yes, NUS accepts international students but as we all know about it, NUS is one of the most competitive universities in Singapore to get an admission in it and has the lowest acceptance rate in Singapore.
Think twice about it before applying for it.

The application fees for the NUS IS 20$ and it is non refundable payment.
It's around 1640 something in India for the application fees in NUS.

The acceptance rate is 12.6% for students who are interested in MBA from NUS. This shows it a very competitive program. Since NUS is very competitive, it is advised to students to have a good academic background.

The application fee for NUS is S$20 but for MS in Computing is S$100 which is non-refundable. Admission to the programme is based on a competitive process. Acceptance of the offer is subject to a non-refundable and non-transferable acceptance fee of S$5,000 (excluding applicable GST), which will be applied to your tuition expenses.
