No, only NCERT books are not sufficient for the UPPSC exam preparation. The NCERT books can provide an introduction to the topic but they do not dive into details because they are written as per the syllabus of Class IX to XII. However, in the UPPSC exam, the topics need to be covered in their entirety.

The candidates should know all the subtopics of that topic. The candidates should complete the NCERT books within a week of starting them.

Candidates can refer to the NCERT books for WBJEE preparation. Since the WBJEE syllabus consists of topics from 11th and 12th standard Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics syllabus, NCERT books will cover all of the units that need to be studied. However, the candidates are advised to refer to and study from a few other important books that are referred by the toppers. By having extra reference, the candidates will be able to concepts better and be well prepared for the examination.

CBSE is a board which is the governing body while NCERT is the publishing body. CBSE, while preparing the CBSE 10th syllabus 2024, ensures that all topics that are there in the syllabus have been covered in the NCERT books.

Yes, all the topics mentioned in the CBSE 10th syllabus 2024 for all subejcts are covered in the NCERT books. Students must finish the NCERT books thoroughly before picking up any reference books.

CBSE prepares the CBSE 10th syllabus after considering the NCERT books only. Thus, students should not worry about referring too many books and stick to the NCERT books. In case of any doubt or query, they must approach their teachers, friends and family.

NCERT books are one of the best companion in the path of clearing MHT CET exam. Many students who secured top ranks in previous years in MHT CETs as well as other exams like JEE had pointed that they studied through NCERT books. The best part of studying NCERT is that they are easy to understand, have lots of examples to understand the topics and also have numerical questions to evaluate the performance. Students who rely only on NCERT books for clearing MHT CET have fair chance to getting a good score, however, students targeting 99-100 percentile are advised to refer additional books beside NCERTs.
