Yes, NCERT books are sufficient to complete the NEET syllabus. A number of past years' NEET toppers have claimed that they referred only to NCERT books for preparation. NCERT textbooks act as the base to complete the syllabus and develop conceptual clarity and understanding of the topics and chapters. However, for practice purposes, students may refer to other books and resources as well. It is advised that while starting the NEET preparation, candidates refer to the NCERT books and move towards other books and advanced resources after that.

NDA exam consists of questions that are of Class 12 standard. To clear the basic concepts, NCERT books are the best resource for preparation. Candidates can refer to the NCERT books for Class 10, 11 and 12.

No, NCERT is not enough for clearing the Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test. National Council of Educational Research and Training usually covers the basics but exams like bits and Indian Institute Technology-Joint Entrance Examination require a bit of in-depth knowledge. The National Council of Educational Research and Training is usually meant for Boards. The preparation for BITSAT is not at all different from the preparation for the Indian Institute Technology-Joint Entrance Examination.
