No, a BSc in Radiology and Imaging Technology typically does not require NEET.
NEET is primarily required for admissions to undergraduate Medical (MBBS), Dental (BDS), and some other allied health Science courses.
BSc in Radiology and Imaging Technology admissions are usually based on merit or CUET scores.
Also, candidates are advised to check specific admission criteria set by the institution where they intend to apply.

Indeed, NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) results are accepted by the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) for admission to its undergraduate medical programs, which include MBBS and BDS. To guarantee a fair and open selection process for prospective medical students, KUHS complies with NEET, which is the main entrance exam for medical admissions in India. To be eligible for counselling and later admission to the university's medical programs, candidates must pass the NEET exam. Furthermore, KUHS conducts its admissions process according to the rules established by the Kerala State Government and the Medical Council

The NEET is required for admission to undergraduate MBBS and BDS courses in government or private medical institutions. However, for Pharmacology specifically, NEET might not be a requirement.
Pharmacology is a field within the broader scope of pharmaceutical sciences, and the paths to enter this field can vary. In India, for instance, separate entrance exams are conducted such as GPAT, TS PGECET, Andhra Pradesh PGECET, etc.

For general category candidates, a NEET score of 550-650 or above would be a nice target as per the latest trends and competition for BDS.
It is an estimate. The cut-off may vary as per the actual cut-off. If you require any exact information, then you should refer to the admission brochure or website of Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology.
The NEET range that gets into Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology for BDS is not the same and it differs due to reasons such as:
Category: General, OBC, SC, ST, or categories other.
State or All India quota: The quota you are applying under.

Achieving a BDS seat at Kolhan University with only 560 points in NEET 2024 is quite questionable. The cut-off for the General appears to be dropping into the range between 720-164, thus a score in that range stands little chance of gaining admission through the state quota. Generally, it is expected that students possess a score of at least 450 marks to gain entry to the government dental colleges. While you have a competitive score, still, you do not meet the required score bands needed at Kolhan University and even some other top institutions.

Lucknow NEET UG Round 3 cutoff for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery is 4921 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Science, Lucknow.
