The highest marks obtained has also decreased by five marks, which is 715, as compared to 720 last year. The NEET cutoff score depends on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, and the total number of test takers, among others. NEET 2022 was conducted on July 17. As compared to 2021, NEET cut off 2022 went higher since the number of test-takers was much higher. The difficulty level of the exam was also moderate to tough, similar to last year. Candidates must check the expected NEET 2022 cutoff to get an estimate of their medical admission through NEET scores. NEET cut off 2022 indicates the minimum percentile or score required to qualify for the examination. Candidates scoring above the cutoff of NEET 2022 will be eligible to participate in the admission process. The cutoff of NEET varies for candidates belonging to reserved and unreserved categories. The standard NEET cut off has been prescribed by the National Testing Agency but, the Medical/ Dental Council of India can increase/decrease the cut off of NEET if the seats are left vacant. The Dental Council of India had lowered the cut off marks for NEET 2021 for admissions to BDS courses by 10 percentile.

JEE and NEET are both held on an annual basis, and with limited seats, passing these exams becomes more difficult for students. Furthermore, the number of seats in medical colleges is much lower than in engineering colleges. Due to the lesser number of seats available in medical colleges and the high level of competition in NEET getting into a good medical college is challenging. As for difficulty level, National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is slightly tougher than Joint Entrance Examination-Mains but easier than Joint Entrance Examination-Advanced, but that is subjective, as seats are comparatively limited in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, making it more competitive. Least Difficult: JEE Mains. Difficult: NEET. Most Difficulty: JEE Advanced. I hope this will help you.
