Homeopathy courses that can be pursued without NEET are mostly Diploma and certificate-level programs. These are suitable for students who wish to work in supportive roles within the field or gain foundational knowledge without becoming licensed practitioners.

Yes, you can pursue Homeopathy courses after 12th without NEET—but only for diploma or certificate-level courses. If you're aiming for the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), NEET is mandatory in India.
You can apply for short-term Diploma or Certificate courses in Homeopathy, usually offered by private institutes. These courses are not equivalent to BHMS and don't make you a licensed doctor.
However, for a full-fledged BHMS degree, NEET-UG is compulsory as per the regulations set by the Ministry of AYUSH and the National Commission for Homeopathy.
