The qualifying NEET cut off in 2025 is approximately from 113 to 143 marks as per resources . You may get it at 150 to 250 marks for the category such as OBC SC or ST .however with the management seat it is possible to get .

NEET is not mandatory for most Perfusion Technologyy courses. Admissions are generally based on merit in Class 12 PCB subjects or institute level entrance exams in India.
However, some top private or deemed universities may consider scores in CUET, CET. It's best to check individual college requirements before applying.

Shree Om University, Roorkee demands NEET qualification for counselling admission in the BAMS course. Yearly cut-offs determine the minimum qualifying marks in NEET. The more NEET rank is, the better the chances of selection at the time of counselling. Academic eligibility from Class 12 with PCB is also required for students.
