According to your rank, if you are from outside Delhi, then there is no way for you to get admission in NSUT because applicants from outside Delhi need to have higher ranks to be selected. As per their official guidelines:
“Candidates passing the qualifying exam through Patrachar Vidyalaya, Delhi/National Institute of Open School, Delhi (NIOS), their region would be considered according to the location of the exam centre.”
