They will consider general rank but chances are very less in DTU as there are only 15% seats for other state candidates.

I don't think you can get any above mentioned college at this rank as you are from outside Delhi.

Based on last year's ranking cut-offs, there is a good chance of someone with your rank making it to BIT Mesra.

No chance for CSE in NSUT or in DTU.

No chance in NSUT cs branch.
