No, you may not be able to get IT or CSE at NSUT at the rank you have specified according to last year's trend. However, EwS quota has been issued this year so it is difficult to predict the ranking but you are still not on the safe side with your current rank. But, yes DTU is not off limits. You will get IT at DTU in the first few rounds.
