NIFT offers B.Des, B.FTech, M.Des, MFM and M.FTech at its various campuses. Hence BBA and MBA programs are not a part of NIFT curriculum. Further, there is no NIFT campus located at Chandigarh.

The eligibility criteria for MFM is an Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from any Institute / University recognized by law in India. Or, undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT / NID. The selection process of MFM programme comprises of written test comprising of a General Ability Test (GAT) followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) for shortlisted candidates of the written examination. NIFT is the exam conducted all over India and in Kerala generally it has two exam centers.
1) Cochin
2) Kannur.
As you are completing class 11th that means you are taking the exam early, because for admission one should be either passed or appearing in class 12th. Best of luck.
