The programme is spread over 8 semesters, with the final semester being based on the candidate's chosen stream of study.

Eligibility
Candidate who have passed either 10+2 from a recognised board or have passed Diploma after 10+2 or who have passed 10+2 with 1-2 years of work experience are eligible for the admission.

Assume you must be nervous, being in an entirely different field how you would catch-up without any basic knowledge. If so, then I would suggest to go for a post graduation programme than Diploma, where you get to cover all the basics in first semester. Speaking of courses, I would suggest fashion design, fashion styling or textile design due to lots of demand. Fashion design covers all different sections and has lots of flexibility in career, where you could be an illustrator, stylist, designer, visual merchandiser and many more.
