Hi friend,
NIFT prepares result on the basis of written test, Creative Ability Test CAT and General Ability Test (GAT). The final result has been declared on May 15. However, on the basis of your rank, you can try for admission in the following NIFTs- Raebareli, Patna, Shillong, Srinagar and Jodhpur.

Hi Simerjeet,
You can apply for loan or there is also the option in NIFT. You can pay fees in 4 terms. You can share with them your financial background status and you can get admission only if you have cleared the entrance of NIFT.

Hi Diksha, you don't have to wait till January 2021 you can give in the same year but just make note of it that NIFT entrance also happens in mid of March time. Just see to it that if you can manage your 12th exams and NIFT entrance.

Hi Neha,
If you are doing a polytechnic Diploma then unfortunately you cannot apply for a Masters degree i.e. post-graduation. A polytechnic Diploma shall be followed by a graduation and then you can become eligible to do a Masters degree.

NIFT conducts its own entrance exam which happens in two stages:
1. General Ability Test (GAT)-This exam comprises 4 sections namely Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, English Language Comprehension and General Knowledge.
2. Creative Ability Test CAT This test is administered to judge the intuitive ability, power of observation in concept development and design ability of the candidate. An important aspect of the test is the creative and innovative use of colour & illustration skills. Both the tests are important and mandatory to attend.
