You have to score minimum 60% to be eligible for the entrance of NIFT. But, it is only a criteria to fill up the application form. You have to sore well in entrance exam to get admission.

No, Delhi would be not available for you at this rank, however, you will get a seat in any other institution.

Yes, surely you can get either Mumbai or Delhi. As most of the Delhi seats are occupied first, then the other colleges come in. But you could surely get Delhi as you have a good rank.

Of course, you can. You only need a degree to appear for UPSC, so relax, you just need to get the B.Des degree to appear in UPSC.

Of course, anybody can join NIFT from all the streams. However, you just can't apply for bachelor's in fashion tech entrance.

NIFT holds annual entrance exams common to all the NFIT centers. You can appear for the exam in the center that is most convenient for you. If you qualify for the counselling round you will get to choose a course and center based on the your merit rank from the entrance exam.

Do you want to study abroad or work abroad after studying in India? For the latter part, I would suggest complete your PG by either M.Des or MBA. Both have a good demand in foreign nations. Also give IELTS or TOEFL exam and check colleges that will give you admission based on your score for studying abroad.

Just take a brief note from google about your interest. Take help from recent trend of merchant, which was related to your day to day life and making notes of each and everything, whichever you covered in a day.
