Yes, you are eligible to apply for the UPPSC PCS exam (Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission - Provincial Civil Service Examination) even if you have a Bachelor of Fashion Technology degree from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology). The eligibility criteria for the UPPSC PCS exam include a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Therefore, your degree from NIFT fulfills the eligibility criteria for the UPPSC PCS exam.

You'll need to require these things:
1. Pencils of various shades (such as 2H, HB,4B,8B and charcoal pencil)
2. Eraser and ruler (don't use frequently as sometimes they deduct marks for these)
3. ONLY and ONLY dry colours such as oil pastels, pencil colours and sketch pens (I don't use sketch pens instead I rely more on pencil colours. Dorm's pencil colour is economical one)
4. Black rotary pen for outlining or any black sketch pen. Good Luck for the exam
