In my opinion, NIT Rourkela is better than other NIT's, because it has good faculty better infrastructure good placement and the latest technologies.

If you want to go for CSE, then NIT Calicut is the best option among them, as it is a government institute and the fees also very less there. For further detail you can check NITC website you will get the detail of placement there. The user recommends following institutes.

With 90 marks in JEE Mains exam according to last year cut-off your rank will be in the range of 180000 - 200000. With this rank, I am sorry to say you won't be able to get any branch in any of the NITs but according to last year cut-off which was 81 marks you can get qualified for JEE Advanced examination. We can't be 100% sure about it until JEE Mains officially declares the cut-off marks for JEE Advanced 2018 for all the categories. But, if you get the chance you can try to score a little higher marks in JEE Advanced which can create scope for you to get admission in one of the IITs.
