Sorry but my answer is no 86 percentile means about 6 lakhs rank in JEE Mains.
For getting admission in NITs you have to be in top 5 percentile even you have state quota of 50%. So study hard and next time get good marks.

Ranks keeps on changing every year and differs from one branch to another and one college to another.
