IIIT Allahabad ECE would be better. Honestly speaking here the colleges we are talking about are of very different standards. Although NIT Silchar is very underrated still it stands nowhere in front of IIIT Allahabad. You will ultimately need to learn concepts of CSE be it any branch in order to be competitive and updated.

To be on the safer side, you need a score of INR 30,000 but you can get some NIT under 40000 depending on the per year cut-off.

National Institute of Technology Patna is India's sixth oldest engineering institute and is ranked 72 in the NIRF 2021. NIT Patna provides undergraduate (BTech and BArch) programs through its experienced faculty. It has also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Handong Global University, South Korea, for the exchange of students, faculty, and research, making way for wonderful opportunities for students.
All this is offered at an affordable fee, which is charged per semester.

M.Sc. + B.Sc. Is an integrated course is a 5 year programme offered by NIT Patna and to take admission you have to give the IIT JAM Exam and also Candidate Should have passed 10+2 with minimum 60% aggregate Marks. Selection Procedure is then based on the score obtained in the IIT JAM Exam.
