I think there is less chance of getting an NIT college with this percentile But I suggest you to go for counselling process if there is a chance it will be in the last round or spot round.

No chance , your chances are very low not even in trichy but in all NIT'S.

you need to give JEE Mains EXAM as well you have to qualify it to get admission in any NIT.

As per the JEE Main eligibility criteria, For admissions in NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs : Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent. So as per the eligibility criteria you can not get admission in NITs.
