I think there is less chance of getting an NIT college with this percentile But I suggest you to go for counselling process if there is a chance it will be in the last round or spot round.

As per the JEE Main eligibility criteria, For admissions in NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs : Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent. So as per the eligibility criteria you can not get admission in NITs.
