With an 81 percentile in JEE Main, your chances of getting admission into NITs or IIITs can vary depending on the specific institute, course, and category. Typically, a percentile of 81 is on the lower end for top NITs and IIITs, but there are chances for admission to some NITs or newer branches of NITs and IIITs, especially for OBC category students.
You may have a better chance for institutes with lower closing ranks or in branches with lower demand. It's recommended to check the previous year's closing ranks and participate in the counseling process to explore the best options.

No NITs don't provide full reservation for OBC or PWd categories with family income above 8 lakhs.
To qualify the OBC NCL Certificate the parents annual income must be below 8 Lacs for the past three years.
In JEE Main reservation for PwD category is 5% so one should be clarifying that.
Also NIT provide 50% seats to their and other 50% to all the stated in India.

With CRL rank being 93419 and OBC NCL rank 29587, you will most probably get admission to various NITs because your OBC-NCL category makes the prospects bright. Among those are NIT Jalandhar, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Patna, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, and NIT Goa. Of course, all of them depend upon the available branches and seat as per your preference. It is advisable that the JoSAA process of counselling will provide a deeper insight into options and inform choices.

With a percentile of 84.757991 in JEE Mains, one may find it tough to get admission in the CS branch in top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, or NIT Surathkal, whose cutoffs normally are much higher. In other NITs also, CS or related branches may be possible, provided category, gender, and home state quota permit this. It is always advisable to check the JoSAA counseling cutoff trends for a particular year to see whether any NITs grant admission to CS with that percentile.

Both NITs and COEP are premier institutes of India, but it always depends on your personal interest and goal.
NITs: National level, strong alumni network, and strong funding. Some top institutes of NIT (for example, NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Surathkal), provide excellent placement packages from core engineering and IT sectors for ?30-50 LPA in specific branches.

Candidates securing 150 marks in JEE Main 2024 can secure admission into the top engineering colleges such as NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, and likewise, though admission to computer-related branches is dubious, especially a top branch like Computer Science and Engineering.
In general, candidates should have a minimum percentile ranging between 85 to 90 percentile for getting admission into the NIT colleges. However, this range may fluctuate based on the categories of the students.

Being on rank 2811 of JEE Mains under the PWD category will get you a sure seat in one of the National Institutes of Technology. Cutoffs may vary from NIT to NIT, and branch to branch; however, the cutoff under PWD is generally softer than others. For top NITs, such as NIT Trichy or NIT Warangal, for example, it may become competitive in branches like computer Science or electronics. So, you might get admission in other NITs or in less competitive branches. The best will be to check the cutoff trends for specific NITs and branches.

With an OBC rank of 41,000 in JEE Main and Telangana, your home state, securing a seat in top NITs like NIT Warangal is very challenging, especially in high-demand branches such as Computer Science or Electronics. So, you home-state quota might no be a very great help to you.
However, newer NITs or less sought-after branches may have higher closing ranks, sometimes extending beyond 70,000 OBC, so you go after them. Also you may explore the NITs like, Agartala, Goa, Meghalaya and other northen eastern NITs, I think you can get easily get admission in them, in respectable branches.
But, research well about them before joining.
All the best.
