No NITs don't provide full reservation for OBC or PWd categories with family income above 8 lakhs.

To qualify the OBC NCL Certificate the parents annual income must be below 8 Lacs for the past three years.

Also NIT provide 50% seats to their and other 50%  to all the stated in India.

Among those are NIT Jalandhar, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Patna, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, and NIT Goa. Of course, all of them depend upon the available branches and seat as per your preference. It is advisable that the JoSAA process of counselling will provide a deeper insight into options and inform choices.

With a percentile of 84.757991 in JEE Mains, one may find it tough to get admission in the CS branch in top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, or NIT Surathkal, whose cutoffs normally are much higher.
