Nowhere it is mentioned to provide Caste Validity Certificate for Maharashtra Students on any of the CAT websites or links. They just need Caste Certificate only and that is in central government format.

The exact cutoff for the top 20 percentile will vary depending on the specific board and category of the candidate. Candidates must score the minimum eligibility of 75 % in the class 12 board exams or be within the top 20 percentile of their board.

I think the latest cutoff for JEE is for General it would be 93%, for OBC, it is 70% and for SC, it is 40%.

To get admission to M.Tech courses at the NITs in India, you must secure at least 60% marks in your BTech/B.E degree in a relevant engineering field. For reserved category candidates, the marks eligibility requirement is usually 55%. In addition, you must appear for and clear the GATE examination. You must secure very good marks and a decent rank in the GATE exam to be eligible for admission.
After you successfully secure a decent rank in GATE, you will have to apply online and then appear for the CCMT (Centralized Counselling for M.Tech) counselling process where you will be allotted a seat according to your rank at one of the NIT bran

Hey Jyoti,
No, you can not take admission for M.Tech in NITs and IITs through CIWG quota. CIWG quota is specifically for undergraduate students admission under DASA scheme of government.
For M.Tech admission in IITs and NITs you have to crack the GATE ( Gratitude Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination with good scores. It doesn't have any special quota for CIWG students. You can also participate in COAP and CCMT programs.

There are some other NITs but they don't offer Data Science courses exclusively.
As for fee, it'll cost around 190000 per annum without hostel but it's different for every college.
As for eligibility, you just need to really well in JEE mains.

To get admission to BTech courses at the NITs in India, you must secure at least 75% marks in Class 12 in the PCM subjects. The subject combination may vary on the basis of your chosen specialization. For reserved category candidates, the marks eligibility requirement is usually 65%.
