You have a quite less chance of getting an NIT.
You should reappear in JEE Main exam so that you can improve your score.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration:

I think with 94 percentile, you will get a normal NIT. For a very good NIT, your percentile must be 97or above.

Your percentile should be more than 91 to get ENTC in NITs, as a general candidate and for rank:

If you want admission in NITs, then your rank should be less than 20,000 i.e 175 marks in JEE Main and 93% in CBSE boards.

No, NIT offers aerospace engineering. Only a few IIT's (probably IITM, IITB, IIT Kanpur, IIT Khara) offer aerospace engineering. Highly competitive. You need to have a very good JEE rank to get in to these programs. Aerospace Engineering is not provided by any NIT, BITS or IIITs.

For that you should contact the admission department of that college and get relevant information about the eligibility criteria and entrance exam details for that college, then you will have a clear path towards study in that college.
