If your score in PCM is more than aggregate of 45 %, then you can get admission in nits. And your percentile shows you would get an NIT.

Chances are very low, but you should participate till the last round of the counselling, as low rankers also get NIT in spot round or last round of the counselling. To know other possible colleges with your score, please click on the link below:

You should go for IIIT Bangalore, and wait till the Advance score (not rank) is out for applying to IIST and IISER.
You can get NIT- Trichy, Warangal, Calicut and Allahabad and others but the institutions I have mentioned are the best for CS as they are research-oriented institutions and have much higher package offering.

1. Try to get into electrical or electronic courses, all good NITs will offer you the same and you will have atleast 4-6 subjects from CSE.
2 Go for a 5 year (B.Tech+M.Tech) programme, the cutoffs are lower.
3. Go for other colleges than NITs like:
IIST (after getting an Adva

Dear Bugata Chandu,
There is no chance of getting any NIT at this rank even in EWS category. Maybe you can get NIT Srinagar or eastern NITs but I am not sure. You may get it in special rounds.
