Above is the possible rank you can get. The final rank will be based on the best of the scores of JEE-Mains January 2019 and April 2019 exam. The predicted rank may vary due to JEE Main tie breaker rules for same score.

Chances are very slim, almost negligible.
With these marks and considering your board to be CBSE, you may get a rank within 60000-80000 AIR. The maximum you can expect is Civil Engineering from NIT Mizoram or NIT Meghalaya. I suggest you drop a year and study hard to secure better marks and get a better college. Your JEE Main score is poor and can't get you anything good.
