Your Predicted Rank is 22374 (JEE-Main Percentile 97.44%, AIR, OBC)
Above is the possible rank you can get. The final rank will be based on the best of the scores of JEE-Mains January 2019 and April 2019 exam. The predicted rank may vary due to JEE Main tie breaker rules for same score.
Visit the adjoining link to get the list of eligible colleges based on the predicted rank from the percentile.

I guess, Delhi University is surely better because there are very few seats and high competition. So, it has more value and the faculty of DU is amazing as per my experience. Rest, it's surely your choice.

Chances are very slim, almost negligible. With these marks and considering your board to be CBSE, you may get a rank within 60000-80000 AIR. The maximum you can expect is Civil Engineering from NIT Mizoram or NIT Meghalaya. I suggest you drop a year and study hard to secure better marks and get a better college. Your JEE Main score is poor and can't get you anything good.

Hello Satdal Deka, These days the preferred branch of almost all the candidates is CSE. As a result of this, under all categories only the top students can get into this branch. So is the case with your category. If you would look from another angle merely percentile will not help much once NTA declared the ranking and that too ranking for each category you will know on your own as to where you stand in your category. This will roughly tell you the chances of success for you to get CSE as a subject in one of the NIT. However to help you I am attaching a link that can predict college and branch for you based on your percentile. I would
