Hi,
There are some NITs that you can get as your OBC rank is 28000 (nearly). You may refer the link below that gives you the previous year closing and opening ranks for each NIT. So you may check whether you are getting it or not. But there are some NITs like Srinagar, Agartala, Hamirpur, etc. where you may get admission.

Sorry but your marks are not enough that can help you to get a college because above 300 marks are considered for admissions in B.Arch. So, you should try for any private college.

Yes, you will get admission in NITs. I am not sure about the NIT but you have advantage of OBC quota and 4.5k general rank.

I will give preference to Amrita University (only main campus) over lower NITs just because of their teaching quality and also because of their placement. IIIT and lower NITs are still struggling for faculties and placement.

You have very less chances of getting an NIT for B.Tech .You may get integrated B.Sc+M.Sc courses in NIT-Patna,NIT-Rourkela and NIT-Agartala. So fill these choices during counselling.

Your chances are very less for B.Tech. Assuming you from general category, you can get integrated B.Sc-M.Sc courses in NIT-Patna, NIT-Rourkela and NIT-Agartala. If you are an SC/ST category student then you will get one very easily.

No, the possibility of getting NIT with 67 marks is too rare. For getting admission in nits one needs a very high score to clear the cutoffs. So, it is really hard, hence leave your hopes.

Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So there is no way to get admission in any of the NIT. You may get admission in any private college on the basis of 12th percentage.
