You need to score above 220 marks to get admission in NIT.

You need to score more than 230 marks in JEE Mains to get admission in NITs or IITs.

IITs and NITs do not offer degree courses in mechatronics.

In which field you are interested? You can choose either engineering or medical, so try to clarify your position, and secondly, placement does not only depends on your academic records. It mainly depends on your knowledge of the subject.
