Here is the list of colleges (NITs in specific) that offer Automobile Engineering-
Pursue Suratkhal, Pursue Trichy, pursue Warangal.

Your board exam percentage must be at least 75%. Even if you get 360/360 in JEE main exam, if your board exam percentage is not at least 75%, then you cannot get any pursue.
This is the same for IITs. You can try for IIIT, Hyderabad as they prefer only JEE Mains marks.

Your board exam's percentage must be at least 75% to get NITs and IITs. As you scored only 72%, you are not eligible to get admission in any pursue. Even if your score is good in JEE Mains, you cannot get admission.
