Yes, you can. To get admission at NIT, you have to pass JEE entrance exam with good score.

How much marks are required in JEE Mains for an OBC category student to get admission in NIT for CS?

For OBC category, 180+ would be safe for CS branch. Also, it depends on your state, whether state quota or all India quota. But, top NITs are NIT Warangal, Surathkal, Srinaga and Durgapur.

Yes, you are eligible for any NIT with any branch, but NIT counselling has closed. Now, you are eligible for other government colleges like in Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.
