The admission process highlights at Northeastern University are given as follows:

·       The admission process during fall intake for undergraduate programs start in August whereas for transfer applicants, it begins between February to March and for spring intake, it begins around August and September. Admission to Northeastern University is highly selective.

·       When considering applicants for first-year admission, the committee considers what opportunities for advanced coursework are available and if the student has taken those courses.

·       The committee will begin to evaluate an applicant’s candidacy for admission when all the credentials have been received. Students are informed of their applicant information through the Application Status Check.

·       The students are highly encouraged to verify that identification information (name, date of birth, and Northeastern ID) is on every item submitted to ensure timely and accurate processing.
