Sriram Chandra Bhanja (S.C.B.) Medical College, Cuttack, is affiliated with Utkal University. The Medical College provides degree courses for MBBS, MD, MS, DM, MCH, and nursing.

Candidate must have passed B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing, or equivalent from an institution recognized by INC and affiliated with any UGC-recognized university.
Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in aggregate.
Candidates with a B.Sc. in Nursing or B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing degree must have one year of experience.
Candidates who have graduated in nursing through distance education (IGNOU) must have 2 years of experience.
