PGDM in Operations is good specialization in SIES. Yes you can opt for Operations and Finance its a good combination of dual specialization. All programmes have dual specialization. Electives include- Finance, Operation, Marketing, Human Resource, IT and Systems.
Moreover,placement for operations management is also descent.

PG Diploma in production and operations management qualification provides the skills and knowledge required to plan, direct and coordinate production and operations activities in a manufacturing and services environment in the role of production or operations manager. Graduates may be also be considered for supply chain and logistics, project management, product development, quality assurance etc roles. In the manufacturing sector, there are a lot of job for such qualification who also have science and technology background. Non-technical graduates may get a job in services sector or BPO etc. as operations professionals.

College is good for operation specialization. You are eligible to get a call for GD PI if you have 70 percentile or more.
