Please confirm on your qualifications. If you are a graduate then you can enrol for the MBA in distance mode with specializations in Production / Operations Management.

You can evaluate BITS – Pilani, MBA manufacturing management degree course, which includes all aspects of production and operations management. It is a four semester work integrated learning program delivered by distance learning and it leads to award of Master's degree in manufacturing management. You will get a degree from high rank university.

Sir since, you already have 10 years of experience then the better option would be to go with MBA as it will give you a career growth. B.Tech will give you only technical knowledge which you already have as you are working in operations field. By pursuing MBA, your qualification and knowledge will upgrade for a better career growth. You can also pursue Executive MBA for better opportunities and save time.

It depends upon your interest. To be honest, there is no relevance between two specialisation, you can rather take MBA in HR and Marketing as combination which shall suit you well.
